The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Manchild.ie. Manchild.ie operates this website and online store and provides the products and services available through it (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, set out the terms on which you may use our website and purchase products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects or limits any rights you have under applicable Irish or European Union consumer law.

We currently sell and deliver to customers within the Republic of Ireland only.

2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen or display settings.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, products sold as new and sealed are supplied in their original factory-sealed packaging.

Factory-sealed trading card products may occasionally have minor manufacturing, wrapping or packaging imperfections. Any material condition issues known to us will be described where appropriate.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

We may change our product range, discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase at any time.

3. ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or amendment, contact us as soon as possible at shop@manchild.ie.

Your cancellation and return rights are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

The price payable for a product will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You must provide accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information when placing an order and must be authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected item or order for a refund.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.

Orders are normally dispatched within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframes. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where Manchild.ie arranges delivery, goods remain at our risk until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.

This does not affect any different allocation of risk that may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to an online purchase, you may exercise that right within the applicable legal timeframe.

For change-of-mind returns of sealed collectible products, products should remain unused and in the condition in which they were received, with original packaging and factory seals intact.

Opening, unsealing or materially altering a product may affect your eligibility for a change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

This does not limit your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE LIMITS

All products are subject to availability.

Certain products, particularly limited-release or high-demand trading card products, may be subject to purchase limits.

We may cancel or reduce quantities in an order where reasonably necessary to enforce clearly stated purchase limits, correct an inventory error, address suspected fraud or prevent misuse of the store.

If we cancel products for which payment has already been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Manchild.ie name, branding, website design, original graphics, written content and other original material created by us are owned by or licensed to Manchild.ie and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party product names, characters, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

The sale or display of genuine third-party products on Manchild.ie does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the relevant trademark owners unless expressly stated.

9. SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer products and services online.

Purchases made through Manchild.ie are transactions between you and Manchild.ie, not Shopify.

Our website may also use services provided by payment processors, delivery companies and other third parties. Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The latest version will be published on this website.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to a completed purchase where doing so would unlawfully affect your rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms and contracts for purchases made through Manchild.ie are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory protections or rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Any dispute may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
