Refund policy

We want your order to arrive exactly as expected. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at shop@manchild.ie as soon as possible.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused and with all original packaging and seals intact. For sealed Pokémon TCG products, the factory seal must remain unbroken.

You may have statutory rights to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods. Where applicable, you must notify us within that period and return the goods within the required timeframe.

Products that have been opened, unsealed or materially altered after delivery may not be eligible for a change-of-mind refund where the law permits.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Unless the return is due to an error by Manchild.ie or goods being faulty or non-conforming, return postage may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
