Shipping & Delivery Policy

Manchild.ie currently delivers to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only.

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods or around new Pokémon TCG releases, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

We know condition matters to collectors. Sealed Pokémon TCG products are carefully packed to help protect them during transit.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived, arrives damaged, or there is another problem with the delivery, please contact us at shop@manchild.ie with your order number.

Please inspect your order after delivery and let us know promptly if there is an issue so that we can investigate it with the delivery carrier.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
